Prices and estimates

Cost ranges on this site are typical figures for planning only. They are not quotes or offers. Your price is set in a written estimate after we inspect the roof, and only a signed agreement creates a contract for work.

Our guides and the hail check are general information, not a professional inspection, legal advice or insurance advice. Always read your own insurance policy and follow your insurer's instructions on deadlines and documentation.

How calls are handled

Ortiz Roofing performs the roofing work it schedules. On rare days when a major storm books every crew at once, we may suggest another San Antonio area roofing company so you are not left waiting with an open roof. We say so on the call, before anything is arranged, and you decide whether to go ahead.

Insurance claims

We document roof damage and explain estimates, but we do not act as a public adjuster, negotiate your claim for you, or waive or rebate deductibles, in line with Texas law.
