How a San Antonio roofing company should work

Most homeowners only shop for a roofer once or twice in a lifetime, usually right after a storm and usually in a hurry. We built the way we work around that moment. The phone is answered 24 hours a day, the first conversation is about what you are seeing, and the first visit is about evidence: photos, measurements and an attic check, not a pitch.

Our crews work on every roof type that shows up in this region. That means three-tab and architectural shingles on 1970s ranch homes, concrete and clay tile across the north side subdivisions, standing seam and 5V crimp metal in the Hill Country, and modified bitumen or TPO on low-slope porches and small commercial buildings.

Two offices, one line

The main office sits at 527 E Houston Street in downtown San Antonio. A second office in Beeville covers Bee County and the stretch of towns between San Antonio and the Coastal Bend. Both answer to (210) 750-1898, so every caller reaches the same scheduling team.

What we will not do

We will not pressure you to sign anything on the first visit. We will not tell you a slope is damaged without showing you the picture. And on insurance work, we follow Texas rules: we document damage and explain estimates, but we do not act as your public adjuster and we do not waive or rebate deductibles.
